Assessing Digital Maturity: The DigiMTM Digital Maturity Model for Health Systems
One of the key drivers of digital transformation is patients’ expectations of online experiences at various engagement touchpoints in accessing and receiving healthcare services. The DigiMTM Digital Maturity Model is a 5-stage model, with Model 5 being the highest level of maturity. It is important to note that each stage in the Maturity Model builds on the previous one.
