We are looking to bring on experienced consultants in the near term to support our rapidly growing digital transformation advisory practice and help clients achieve success with their multi-year transformation journeys.
Your role and expectations:
Our digital strategy consultants are experienced professionals who bring hands-on experience in healthcare organizations and enterprise IT environments to address our clients’ rapidly growing transformational needs. Our consultants are trusted advisors who are familiar with the tools/techniques required to meet transformation objectives for the telehealth and virtual care models of the future.
As a digital transformation consultant, you must be experienced with facilitating client discussions to understand and document needs, build business cases, and manage complex vendor evaluation and selection processes. You will have a strong background in technology-led innovation and transformation and a strong foundation in healthcare data management. You will participate in strategy discussions with senior leadership, develop work plans for engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and manage strategic communications. You must possess excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate the analysis and recommendations and help clients make informed choices with their digital priorities.
As a digital transformation consultant, you will help clients make informed decisions on governance and operating models, capability development to support strategic goals, and leverage technology and digital trends to implement digital business strategies.
Required Qualification:
- 5 – 15 years in consulting and/or industry experience (big 4 consulting experience would be a plus)
- Experience with technology business strategy, transformational programs
- Preferred expertise areas: telehealth, digital health, remote monitoring programs, CRM, data and advanced analytics, CRM, cloud migration strategies, automation
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, data-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skill
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of commitments and deliverables
