According to CEO Mike Salvino, an estimated $2 billion “revenue runoff was due to suboptimal customer delivery and weakening customer relationships.”

IBM selects iBio for free use of platform to support COVID-19 vaccine development
IBM to offers the IBM Clinical Development (ICD) solution to iBio, a biologics contract manufacturing organization for free of charge for 18 months to support COVID-19 vaccine development. IBM also grants access to its ICS to Oncotelic, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mateon Therapeutics, for the clinical trial evaluating the potential of Mateon’s lead drug candidate OT-101 in COVID-19 patients.

IBM to acquire Spanugo, a US-based provider of cloud cybersecurity posture management solutions to bolster cloud for regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, insurance and more. Spanugo’s platform allows regulated industries to monitor compliance in real time.
