This month we completed three years of our journey as a healthcare focused growth advisory firm.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients and well-wishers for their support and share some of our milestones with you.
I formally launched Damo Consulting on Aug 15, 2014. I chose the date because it was Independence Day for India, the country of my birth. I had no clients, no business plan. All I had was a wide range of professional connections I had developed over the years. And a clear focus on the healthcare technology markets. Oh, and the name of the company was supposed to be an acronym for Digital, Analytics, Mobile and Outsourcing, which were the areas I expected the business would focus on.
Looking back, we have been fortunate to be given the opportunity to serve a wide range of healthcare enterprises and technology firms. We have served them as growth advisors, strategic communications specialists, and new market strategists. We have helped them with digital innovation strategies, market intelligence & research, and with marketing automation programs for demand generation.
We have invested in developing proprietary healthcare technology market research and intelligence and helped build thought leadership positions in healthcare technology markets for many our clients. We have slowly built a brand for ourselves as a specialist firm with deep expertise in healthcare technology markets.
All this would not have been possible without a team and some strategic partnerships. I am particularly fortunate to have a team of highly motivated and capable individuals who are committed to serving our clients’ needs to the best of their abilities. Our partner network which is no less important has helped us at crucial times to meet our commitments to clients. Lastly, our informal advisory board, comprising of experienced healthcare industry executives, has guided me from time to time with valuable insights on the markets that helps us stay on top of trends.
